The rack was impossible to expand. It was defective and I had to return it. They made that process pretty easy

Cheap Product

I ordered this for my extra large sink, and although it fit, the quality was definitely lacking. I found a much better one at Bed Bath and Beyond for about the same price.

Pre-used NOT new product received!

I believe I got a used product. One side expanded perfectly fine, but the other was stuck in the "non-expanded" state so badly I had to use a tool to try it free. When I did this, splashes of water came out of the pope the metal rods move in and out of. I still used it for a day and then my wife had moved it - un-expanding it in the process and again it is stuck! I am going to request a refund.
